Who to contact
Keelco Limited is responsible for personal information collected through this website and the Christmas market form. You can contact us care of Donabate Towncentre, Main Street, Donabate, Co. Dublin. Email shane@keelcoltd.ie with a privacy enquiry.
Market enquiries & applications
The trader form collects your name and contact details, business name, product information, and the practical requirements you provide. These may include your requested space or equipment, power requirements, food or cooking arrangements, and an optional business or product link.
We use this information to review interest in the market, assess practical arrangements, organise applications and communicate with traders. A record of your submission, its reference and your acknowledgement of this notice is also kept. Registering interest does not subscribe you to marketing.
Applications are reviewed by the organiser. Submitting a form does not automatically allocate or confirm a stall.
We process enquiries for our legitimate interests in planning the market, responding to prospective traders and keeping the application process secure. If a booking is agreed, information is also used to administer that arrangement. We do not make automated decisions about stall allocation.
Who can see the information
Submitted trader details are available to authorised market organisers in a private organiser area. They are not published in the shops directory or on the event page.
The website’s hosting services process information needed to provide the site and save submissions. Limited technical information is also used to help prevent abusive or repeated submissions.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database and image storage services. Its services may process technical information internationally; see Cloudflare’s privacy information. This website does not use advertising cookies or subscribe applicants to marketing.
What to leave out
Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents, insurance documents or sensitive personal information in the form. This version does not ask you to upload documents or make a payment.
Keeping & correcting information
Ordinary trader enquiries and applications will be deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the market. Records needed to deal with a dispute or meet accounting or other legal obligations may be retained separately for that purpose. Contact centre management to ask about information held about you, correct a submission or request deletion. Please include your submission reference if you have one.
Your data-protection rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. Read the Commission’s guidance on your rights .
Links & email
Business websites, directions and email links take you to services with their own privacy arrangements. If you email management or the market organiser, the information you send is used to deal with that enquiry.
